Our modular pipework systems with precise flanged edges are especially used for the transportation of grain and multiple bulk goods. Longitudinal welded pipes with foil weld offer you high dimensional accuracy and corrosion protection. The modular system makes it possible that pipe parts can be exchanged as well as that an already existing pipe system can be extended as needed. Pipe parts with diameters ranging from 100-400mm are available fast from stock. Thanks to high-tech machinery an additional delivery can be realized promptly.
Our pipe range is also available with abrasion protection in tougher cases. These pipes are equipped with an abrasion-resistant plastic lining. As a result, service life can be increased by 10 times. Also the lining can be exchanged in a few easy steps. We can also provide Helix-pipes for your pipeline. With this spirally welded pipe system we are able to realise lengths up to 12m.
Imperfection and abrasion in the pipe system are avoided by using a precisely worked flanged edge and high roundness in the pipe. Different nominal sizes and diameters ensure an optimally adjusted pipe system.
The APS system of the Schmelzer group ensures an abrasion-resistant pipe in modular construction. The rubber lined pipe increases the service life considerably. We offer you an excellent price-performance ratio for this.
Our pipes with a super APS-lining are designed for most difficult conditions. We avoid that particles are demolished from the surface by using polyurethane substrates.
Pipes System Helix can also be used in your pipeline. With this spiral welded pipe system of the Schmelzer Group you are able to reach large wide ranges up to 12m.
With the product line of grain blower pipes you are able to position the grain exactly where you want to have it. Thanks to their hook closure the Schmelzer pipes are firmly but lockably connected with each other.
The Schmelzer group works with pipes with beaded flanges which are mainly used for the pneumatic transport of light goods. The beaded flange system enables an improved steadiness and a quick connection of light pipes.
With our cyclones of the range SZ-LB you have a suitable pre-separator for each type of dedusting in almost all sizes. The cyclones of the range SZ-LB are the easiest pre-separators for diverse industrial applications.
We produce with the materials DX51 moulded parts metal sheet DC01 or DD11. Other materials are available on request.
The diameters and pipe lengths in the article description are nominal lengths. The usable length or the diameter are indicated in the dimensional drawings.

We use hot-dip galvanized pipes with a layer of 150g/m². The exact layer thicknesses are dependent on the material thickness and material structure.
All moulded parts such as segments, fork pieces, outlets, sliders, T-pieces, rotary distributors, transitions, two way valves, swivel heads and grain breaks are galvanized with a layer of 150g/m². Other surface coatings are available on request.
The production of pipe parts and accessories in special design is of course possible. The price is on request.
The connection of the clamping rings is designed for conveying pipelines with a material thickness of 1-3 mm and in the diameters of 100-400mm. Alternative connection elements are available on request.

Pipework systems can be used in many different ways. The standard system with flanged edge is especially used for the transportation of grain and bulk goods. Generally, pipework systems are suitable for all kinds of granulated bulk goods
Our modular pipework system makes individual systems possible because all pipes and moulded parts are mutually compatible. The modular system makes it possible that existing pipe systems can be expanded as required. An easy exchange of the parts in case of wear is possible.
We have pipes in diameters of 100-400 on stock. The diameters are according to DIN EN 10296-I and the length tolerance is according to DIN ISO 2768-I-V. The inner diameter is always the nominal diameter – 1mm. For example: the inner diameter for Ø200mm is Ø199mm.
The pipes of our modular pipework systems are made of sheet metal.
The specific article description is DX51 + Z175. This kind of material is corrosion and contamination resistant and is ideally suited for an usage in the wide range of environments.
The modular pipework systems can be fastened together via our connections such as flanges, clamping rings or quick clamping rings. Pipes can be welded together as well. Our products are made of galvanized material and can therefore be used in different sectors, for example the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry. Moreover, modular pipework systems can be easily cleaned and maintained.
